How to sew cute baby dress

This is the fourth model in the baby dresses series.        

Measurements:

Chest          =    22 inch
Length        =    13 inch
Shoulder     =     9 inch     

Drafting construction method

1 to 2;  3 to 4           =  Chest/4 +1 in   =  22/4 +1 inches
1 to 3;  2 to 4           =  length +2         =  13 + 2
1 to 5;  2 to 6           =  1 inch
5 to 9;                      =  Shoulder/ 2
6 to 10;                    =  Chest/6 inches
5 to 7;  5 to 8           =  2"
12                             =  Mid point of the 8 to 9 
1 to 5;  2 to 6           =  1"
12 to 11                    =  3/4 inches
4 to 13;                     =  10 to 4 measurement/3.
15                             =  Mid point of 10 and 13.
15 to 16;                   =  3/4 inches
4                               =  mid point of 3 and 4

Method of cutting:

Fold the cloth twice in half each. First fold vertically and next horizontally. See the tutorial here.
You can draw the pattern directly on the cloth.
Cut the pattern along  the lines 7 to 8;  8 to 11 to 9;  9 to 10;  10 to 16 to 13; 13 to 14; lastly 14 to 1.
